The municipality of Hedensted’s IT department has a strategy where we want to have the competencies in-house. The size and complexity of our Citrix installations and infrastructure requires a great demand on skill levels. That means we must be sure that we recruit the right people. On this basis we therefore chose to initiate the cooperation with Kluge & Partners. It was a good choice! It has been a really good process and Kluge & Partners found some very interesting candidates for the position. It was fantastic to be able to choose among several qualified candidates. Secondly, it has saved us a lot of time in order to find the right one.
