Position summary

The Partner Manager (PM) will be responsible for the sales of live chat solution ‘Live Guide’ in EMEA. It has only been 3 years since the company launched this business area and the expansion has increased 100% every year. As part of the strategy to increase the market presence and expand sales through partners, the company is recruiting an experienced and successful Partner Manager, who will be responsible for building up the Partner Sales Area.

The PM will be responsible for generating business revenues across the EMEA through partners. The right candidate has energy and drive. Preferably already have a strong network of people within web agencies, providers of web content management systems, customer service centers or other types of partners/resellers within those business areas. The key to success in this role is your ability to think strategically, drive sales and a strong ability to build, maintain and grow partner relationships.

The PM thrive on generating new business revenues and know how to drive market growth through strategic partnerships. The PM likes to be challenged and interacting with diverse people with unique perspectives.

The PM will participate in relevant meetings and seminars within the live chat sector. The PM will also engage in and contribute to related areas and provide relevant market information and future visions to the Product Management team.

Main activities

  • Building, maintaining and growing a network of strategic partners.
  • Help partners to successfully sell the company's Live Guide to end customers.
  • Meeting sales goals.
  • Business planning and strategy for EMEA.
  • Managing the ongoing relationship with partners.
  • Main responsible for sales to EMEA through Partners

Salary

Competitive remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary and an attractive provision/bonus plan, 70/30 split. Pension plan and car allowance.

Knowledge and experience required

  • Relevant education, commercial or technical background.
  • 3- 5 years of partner manager experience.
  • Network within web agencies, providers of web content management systems, customer service centers or 
other types of partners/resellers within those business areas.
  • International experience.
  • Excellent in building and growing relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Results driven, organized, dependable and self-reliant.
  • Strong teamwork skills. Works well with others, both locally and globally 
.

Language

Excellent Danish and English language skills both written and verbal.
