Associate Partner Enterprise Architecture - Danmark

Position summary

Associate Partner (hereafter called AP) will be a part of Consulting’s Management group and responsible for the Architecture Business services. The team consists of 15-20 employees at the moment. The Architecture group competences are focused upon IT strategies and challenges, within the SOA and IT-Governance area.

AP will be responsible for Business development and be part of building up new services, concept and competences within the Enterprise Architecture. The ambition is that the AP is strategically updated around the market development and new trends in this technology area and is able to adapt and transform this into new services.

The new AP should be a “trusted advisor” that IT decision makers at C-level in the largest Danish companies naturally listen to and wishes to engage with business wise. Therefore the AP must be a subject matter expert with strong communications skills.

AP is further more responsible for the delivery management and the customer relation. The AP will be a part of the bid process and a member of steering committee meetings etc.

KPI’s of AP’s work is on sales targets, satisfied customers, accuracy in project estimations, active participation in development of services, tools and propositions, own utilization (40-50%) correct and timely billing and delivery as well as quality assurance in bids, responses on RFP’s etc..

For the Consulting Business Line it is a central cognition that the seniors – especially the partners – should lead by example and perform with excellence in sales and delivery as well as lead and develop the consultants in their customer projects. It is called ‘leading from the front’. The individual employee should experience an ongoing and up to date feedback on the customer projects from the senior level thus achieving an improved development of their consultancy skills and competencies.

Main responsibilities

Overall responsibility for Business development of Enterprise Architecture business line.
Act like “trusted advisor” for IT decisions makers at C-level.
Senior subject matter expert.
Utilization of own time (40-50%).
Take an active part of the RFP processes to ensure quality and accuracy in project estimations and be a part of the negotiations with customers.
Manage resources as a business unit with clear revenue, utilization and margin goals.
Ensure quality of data in Devoteams internal systems and balance between pipeline, resource allocation and staffing.
Be a part of the Consulting Management team.

Knowledge and experience required

Bachelors / Technical degree or equivalent.
10-15 years of working experience in other consulting companies. Network on C-level in private companies.
Deep technology knowledge within Enterprise Architecture (SOA, Governance etc.) and used to the advisor role, communication with C-level at Large customers in Denmark.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Languages

Excellent Danish and English language skills, both written and verbal.
